Armed Gun Barn (AGB) Layaway Terms and Conditions

Currently, layaway is only available on purchases of firearms above $300. All agreements require monthly payments. As payments are remitted to AGB, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly until the item is paid in full.

Only ONE firearm per customer may be put on layaway at a time.

All pieces require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

The balance after the deposit will be split into 3 payments, payable every 30 days.

Because layaway items are being taken off the market and held for you for an extended period of time, they will be sold as final sale only. We do not allow returns or exchanges on layaway items.

Layaways which are delinquent in payments by more than 7 days may be cancelled by Armed Gun Barn. Cancellations incur a restocking and cancellation fee of 25% of total cost of item.

Customers who cancel layaways after the first 14 days will receive store credit only, less a restocking and cancellation fee of 25% of total cost of item, for any installment payments.

All layaways must be paid in full by the final due date. Arrangements for pickup must be made within 30 days after final due date. If not, the order will be cancelled, returned to stock, and a GHOSTING fee of 50% of total item cost will be deducted from store credit.

By providing customer info and telephone number or email address to Armed Gun Barn, you expressly agree that AGB may use those methods to contact you, including contacting you at any telephone number provided and via pre-recorded messages or text messages concerning your layaway purchase. You also agree that AGB may use this contact info for marketing messages that may be of interest to you.

90-day Layaway Guidelines

  • One firearm per customer, over $300 purchase price

  • Delinquent accounts can be cancelled by AGB
  • Cancelling after 14 days will result in store credit minus the deposit
